Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product or quantity)

  • The product is faulty or defective

📦 Return request must be made within 1 working day after receiving the item. Returned items must be shipped back to us within 2 working days, and remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  2. Repack the item securely, including:

    • Original dispatch note

    • Completed returns form

    • Receipt for return postage (if applicable)

  3. Send the parcel using a trackable courier service (e.g. JnT, Ninja, Flash Express, Citylink, Poslaju, ABX, Gdex, Skynet).

📌 Please keep the proof of delivery to use as proof in case of lost delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


💰 Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • We will reimburse return shipping cost only if the item was damaged, faulty, or sent in error.

  • We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition.

    For items purchased through other platforms, resellers, or physical retail outlets, please contact the original seller directly.
